This is my second time visiting the Louvre. When we first visited, we literally got lost in the crowd and the size of the museum. There was a huge difference this time. No crowds on the night tour, the atmosphere was more relaxed, we moved more easily, there was no rush. We also afforded a guide, and that really made all the difference. At some moments, it seemed as if we were alone, and that mystical feeling was great. In the end, lots of chatter, taking photos, all of that is much nicer on a night tour. A big, big plus, and we will definitely do this again.
After this tour, I will go to every museum where I can in the evening. Worth every cent. The guide was very useful, and at every moment, he had complete control over the topic as well as navigating around the museum. After his lectures, I think I can win any quiz... We will definitely come back and repeat this experience.

- The most famous painting in the world, the “Mona Lisa”, was stolen in the past. A very interesting story is connected to it. In 1911, before it was as well-known as it is today, it was stolen from the Louvre by the Italian glassmaker Vincenzo Peruggia. For two years, all traces of it were lost entirely; its photo was circulated throughout the world without success, and even Pablo Picasso was suspected of the theft! - The Paris Louvre is not the only Louvre in the world. There are two more. One is located in Abu Dhabi.
